Australian Bank Account
Prior to your arrival your Bank Account will be set up with ANZ, one of the largest
banks in Australia. All we require is a copy of your passport and proof of your
current address which needs to be a recent document issued within the last 3 months
Tax File Number
To ensure that you are taxed at the correct rate whilst working in Australia, you
need to apply for a Tax File Number. We do all the paper work for you, making sure
you get to work ASAP.
Mobile SIM Card
We arrange an Australian mobile number for you before you arrive so you can stay
in touch with friends, family and use the number on your CV to communicate with
Australian agencies and employers.
Post Manager
We'll hold your mail while you are travelling around and looking for somewhere
Australian Information pack
The info pack contains information on the area you intend on travelling to. This
includes information such as where to find affordable accommodation, how to register
with a doctor or how to use the Australian medical system as well as transport information
and lots more.
Dedicated Consultant
1st Contact's dedicated consultants will be on call to address and service
