Under the policy of New Zealand's Business Visa, applicants are able to open a
new business or purchase an established business that they have plans to improve.
Successful applicants will be able to provide evidence of their previous history
or intimate knowledge of the industry or product that their business plans to work
with. Applicants will be asked to provide evidence of a suitable financial position,
good character including not having involvement in bankruptcy for the prior 5 years.
